How to Use the Trust 18002 Widescreen Tablet
The Trust 18002 Widescreen Tablet has many features that can enhance your productivity and creativity. Here are some of them:
Pen
The pen is the main tool for using the tablet. It has two buttons and an eraser at the end. You can use the pen to draw, write, select, erase, and perform other functions on your computer screen. The pen is pressure-sensitive, which means it can detect how hard you press on the tablet surface. This allows you to create different effects such as line thickness, opacity, and color intensity.
To use the pen, simply hold it like a normal pen and touch the tablet surface with the tip. You will see a cursor on your screen that follows your pen movement. You can also hover the pen over the tablet surface without touching it to move the cursor. To click, tap the tablet surface once with the pen tip. To double-click, tap twice quickly. To right-click, press and hold the lower button on the pen barrel while tapping. To middle-click, press and hold the upper button on the pen barrel while tapping.
To erase, flip the pen over and use the eraser end on the tablet surface. The eraser works like a normal eraser on paper. You can also use it to select text by dragging it over the text.
Express Keys
The tablet has eight express keys on the left side of the working area. These are shortcut buttons that you can assign different functions to. For example, you can assign mouse functions (left-click, right-click, etc.), multimedia functions (play, pause, etc.), common functions (copy, paste, etc.), or application-specific functions (undo, zoom, etc.).
To assign functions to the express keys, you need to use the tablet properties utility that is installed with the driver. You can access it by clicking on the tablet icon in the system tray and selecting âTablet Propertiesâ. You will see a window with seven tabs: Info, Monitor Setting, Button, Express Keys, Scope, Hot Cells, and Pressure. Click on the Express Keys tab to see a list of all eight express keys and their assigned functions. You can change them by clicking on each key and selecting a function from the drop-down menu. You can also rename or disable each key if you want.
Handwriting Input Panel
The handwriting input panel is a feature of Windows Vista/7/8/10 that allows you to input text by writing with your pen on a virtual panel. The panel will convert your handwriting into typed text aa16f39245
